Job summary

Saber Health Group in Virginia seeks a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate educational programs across the community in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. The role identifies training needs, develops plans and materials, and evaluates training effectiveness.

Requires 2+ years of teaching adults and 3+ years in long-term care to serve as the subject matter expert on policies, compliance and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience teaching or training adult learners and have experience in designing training plans and at least 3 years working in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate all educational programs across the community in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans and materials, and evaluate efficacy of training provided.
