Autumn Care of Norfolk, part of Saber Healthcare Group, is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education programs across the facility. You will identify training needs, develop curricula, and evaluate training outcomes to ensure compliance.

Requires active RN license, CPR/BLS, at least 2 years teaching experience, and 3 years in long-term care. Monday–Friday with weekends as needed. Wages range from $41 to $45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must have 2+ years teaching or training adults and 3+ years in long-term care.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and evaluate all educational programs facility-wide.
• Identify training needs, develop curricula, and assess training efficacy.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations and SOPs.
