Job summary

American Senior Communities LLC seeks a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) at Rosewalk Village Indy to lead education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and quality assurance activities under the Director of Nursing Services.

The role champions employee recognition and retention, supports growth and development of staff, and assists with new employee hiring while advocating for compassionate, high‑quality resident care.
