At Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we are looking for a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator to lead our educational initiatives and support clinical staff development. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay of $45-$54 and a strong emphasis on ongoing training and competency programs.

As part of a valued team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the state of VA.
• Prior experience in educational leadership within a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and staff competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and nursing care to support quality resident outcomes.
• Develop and provide education and training programs for employees.
• Conduct employee orientation and maintain education records.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to promote continuous staff development.
