Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and staff competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate education programs for staff and new hires.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing in-service education to ensure compliance.
• Maintain education records, competency validations, and required documentation.
• Assist with admissions as needed and support nursing workflow and resident care units.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and promote staff development.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training and clinical competencies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives through education and coaching.
