Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
Nursing degree or completion of nursing program.
Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the CNA Program Director in the professional development and oversight of nursing staff, including training, supervision, and testing.
Coordinate with state testing agencies, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure ongoing staff education through in-service training and orientation.
Oversee infection prevention, monitoring the quality of resident care, and ensuring residents' rights are upheld.
Participate in care planning and maintaining accurate documentation.
Promote interdepartmental collaboration, participating in survey processes and contributing to policy development.
