Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist to lead education and regulatory training for our nursing center. The role supports clinical staff development and ensures ongoing competency across resident care units.

The position offers a full-time daytime schedule with a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in-state Massachusetts.
• Experience leading education programs in healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and provide education and training programs for staff.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing in-service education to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain education records, competency validations, and required documentation.
• Assist with admissions and support nursing department workflow and resident care units.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and promote ongoing staff development.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training and clinical competencies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives through education and coaching.
