Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist to lead education and competency programs for the facility's clinical staff. Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Experience as Staff Development Coordinator, Infection Preventionist, or similar educational leadership role preferred.
• Strong ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident outcomes.
• Develop, coordinate, and provide education and training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing in-service education to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain education records, competency validations, and required documentation.
• Assist with admissions as needed and support nursing department workflows.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and promote staff development.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training and clinical competencies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives through education and coaching.
