Cape Cod Post Acute is hiring a Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist to lead education, staff development, and regulatory training for our 135-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in Massachusetts.

This full-time days role requires an active MA RN license and prior leadership experience in education or infection prevention, with a focus on regulatory compliance and competency assessments.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in MA.
• Experience in staff development/coordinator or infection prevention in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead education programs for new and existing staff.
• Coordinate and provide ongoing in-service education to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain education records, competency validations, and required documentation.
• Assist with admissions and support nursing workflows.
