Job summary

Northeast Residence Inc. is seeking a Staff Development Nurse - RN to promote health and wellbeing of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will train staff, support medical procedures, and ensure 245D compliance across homes and apartments.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure in Minnesota, strong communication, and ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Regular hours with occasional evenings/weekends, based in our Minnesota offices.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as RN or LPN in Minnesota.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• MN DHS background study clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor health status of individuals.
• Triage health concerns and coordinate medical services.
• Educate staff, families, and individuals on health and disease management.
• Develop and update Support Plans with medical guidance.
• Document assessments and interventions per regulations.
• Provide hands-on training on vital signs, medication administration, and device use.
