Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing support to individuals with developmental and mental health needs across Duluth and East Central Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Ability to travel between RSI programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor individuals' health needs and coordinate medical follow-up.
• Provide medication oversight and training to staff.
• Ensure compliance with health care plans and regulations.
• Coordinate medical appointments and oversee records.
