Ocean Grove Post Acute in Millsboro, DE is seeking a full‑time RN Staff Educator to lead nursing education and QA initiatives. The Registered Staff Development Nurse liaises with the DON/ADON to provide education related to QA data conversion and evaluation, and to keep staff informed about QA needs and programs.

The incumbent will supervise, train and orient all staff, helping ensure nursing standards are met and contributing to a professional, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• RN license active to practice in Delaware (DE).
• Experience as RN Staff Development/Educator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Staff Development Nurse functions as a Liaison between the facility and community education resources.
• The Registered Staff Development Nurse works with the DON/ADON to provide education related to QA data conversion and evaluation for the QA program to educate staff of facility QA needs.
• The RN Staff Development Nurse analyzes and evaluates nursing care of employees during probationary period to assure the standards of nursing practice are of the highest quality.
• The Registered Staff Development Nurse supervises, trains and orients all staff.
