Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 103-bed facility in Reading, PA, seeks a compassionate RN Staff Educator to advance nursing education and patient care.

You will develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, conduct observational evaluations, collaborate with nursing leadership on staff development, and coach clinicians to improve patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current state license.
• Experience in nursing education or staff training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety and infection control.
