Job summary

Timbers of Jasper is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education, training, and clinical observations under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services. The role includes contributing to QA tools and supporting new hire processes while promoting staff recognition and retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate will hold an Indiana RN license and demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills within a senior care environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Indiana license or ability to obtain)
• Experience coordinating education, training, and quality assurance activities
• Ability to engage staff for recognition and retention programs

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring.
• Champion employee recognition and staff development initiatives.
• Serve as advocate for growth and development within the company.
