Job summary

American Senior Communities Brownsburg Meadows is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education, skills competency, training, clinical observations, and QA audits under the Director of Nursing Services. This on-call role also supports onboarding and employee recognition initiatives across the facility.

The role emphasizes engagement with staff to promote growth, development and retention, while advocating for residents and maintaining CARE values throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding.
• Champion employee recognition and retention programs while supporting growth and development within the company.
