Job summary

Timbers of Jasper is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to join our care team in Jasper, Indiana. In this role you will educate staff, assess competencies, conduct training, and perform clinical observations under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.

You will support new employee hiring, champion employee recognition and retention, and advocate growth and development within the Timbers of Jasper community. An Indiana RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license (or ability to obtain an Indiana license).
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train and assess staff competencies and clinical observations as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring processes.
• Champion employee recognition and retention initiatives.
