Job summary

Timbers of Jasper, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) in Jasper, Indiana. Must hold an Indiana RN license and be prepared to lead education, training, and clinical competencies for our caregiving team.

This role partners with the Director of Nursing Services to conduct quality assurance audits, support new-hire onboarding, and champion recognition and professional growth across the campus.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Indiana RN license (or ability to obtain an Indiana license).
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct education and skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and QA audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
  • Assist with new employee hiring processes.

  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to align education with patient care goals.

Timbers of Jasper is now hiring a Staff Development Coordinator (RN)

Must have RN license

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting with new employee hiring. This role requires a high level of engagement with staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs while serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company.

  • Data Management and Analysis: Monitor, track, audit, analyze data and trends for educational opportunities.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Indiana RN license (or ability to obtain an Indiana license).
