The role requires an active RN license, at least three years of clinical experience in health care (long-term care preferred), and CPR certification; on-call rotation and weekend coverage are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in state.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in a health care setting; long-term care preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing department staff.
• Regularly assess CNA skills and provide 1:1 coaching as needed.
• Train new staff in deficient areas before patient care tasks.
