Job summary

TriHealth seeks a Registered Nurse – Staff at the Bethesda North Medical Office to provide direct and indirect nursing care focused on prevention, early detection, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians in a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuous learning within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio and BLS certification.
• Breast Center positions require ONCC certification within one year.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans care for participants and family based on assessment and standards of care.
• Initiates and individualizes appropriate patient care guidelines and clinical pathways.
• Maintains and updates the plan of care as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to address caregiver and patient needs.
• Documents interventions and outcomes with accurate nursing notes.
• Supervises delegated tasks and ensures safety and quality.
