Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates organizational responsibilities and provides unit leadership as needed.
• Evaluates the plan of care and documents patient responses and teaching.
• Implements and monitors the plan of care; administers medications safely.
• Performs initial and ongoing patient/family assessments per guidelines.
• Communicates findings with care team and plans discharge accordingly.
• Upholds ethical principles and patient advocacy in all actions.
