Job summary

Bethesda Health Group in Missouri is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time shift from 6:45am to 7:15pm. You’ll assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you'll work
• Accredited school of nursing graduate
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 6 months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document and update care plans accurately

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing
• Develops dynamic care plans with IDT and residents/families
• Documents care plans and changes in condition
• Monitors care plan delivery and adjusts as needed
• Administers medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely
• Responds to crises calmly and uses SBARR for physician notification
