Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation in St. Paul, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will deliver direct nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, and ensure plans and physician orders are followed to promote resident health and safety.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN/BSN).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care per individual care plans.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs and other care team members.
• Assess health status and document observations accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
• Participate in care conferences and quality initiatives.
