You will deliver direct nursing care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, and ensure plans and physician orders are followed to promote resident health and safety.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN/BSN).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Reports To: Director of Nursing (DON) / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, PRN
Shift: Days, Evenings, Overnight

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with care plans, physician orders, and regulatory standards. This role is critical in promoting resident health, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans




• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other care team members




• Assess residents’ health status and document observations and interventions accurately




• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers




• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families




• Communicate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals regarding resident status and care needs




• Respond to and manage medical emergencies and acute changes in condition




• Ensure proper documentation, charting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements




• Participate in care conferences, quality improvement activities, and in-service education




• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota




• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s degree)




• CPR/BLS certification (required)




• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred




• Excellent clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
