You will develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate residents, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills; able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each resident’s needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Plan for and provide resident, family and caregiver education.
