Job summary

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota is seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses for AM, PM, and NOC shifts. Starting wage is $33.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience, with a $2.00 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.
• CPR certified.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
• Supervising CNAs.
• Medication administration.
• Wound and treatment care.
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure.
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review.
• Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors’ orders.
