Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation is hiring an LPN to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN will support daily nursing operations, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure individualized care plans are followed with excellence and empathy.

The role requires compassionate care, strong clinical skills, and commitment to quality. Various shifts (days, evenings, overnights) and both full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Minnesota currently active.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to RN/physician.
• Document nursing interventions and responses promptly.
