Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Temple is seeking an experienced Simulation Program Manager RN to lead a growing simulation program that supports 5,600+ learners and 450+ events annually. You will partner with clinical, operational, and academic leaders to advance patient safety, clinical excellence, and workforce development through simulation-based education, while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant nursing experience.
• RN licensure is mandatory; BLS within 30 days of employment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Manage projects, program changes, and education efforts.
