Job summary

CareOne at Lexington is seeking a Full-Time RN Shift Supervisor for the 3-11pm shift in Lexington, MA. The role oversees nursing activities and ensures compliance with all regulations while maintaining high-quality resident care.

You will serve as the administrator's representative in their absence and delegate duties appropriately to the nursing team. The ideal candidate holds an RN (or LPN/LVN with RN progress) license, with 1+ year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Facility policies; uphold high quality care.
• Represent Administration in the facility when the Director of Nursing or Administrator is absent.
• Delegate administrative authority and accountability for assigned duties.
