Job summary

CareOne at Lexington in Lexington, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse for overnight shift (11pm–7am). You will oversee nursing care, coordinate duties, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance for residents.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, current RN license in Massachusetts, and at least 1 year of related nursing experience. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
May be assigned to function as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor.
Direct day to day functions of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Provide assessment of and respond to resident conditions using the nursing process.
Work with the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.
Document and ensure proper nursing and medical record updates per policy.
Report incidents and changes in condition per facility procedures.
Communicate changes to physicians and document adjustments in plans of care.
