Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred; or LPN/LVN graduate enrolled in RN program.
• Active RN or LPN/LVN licensure.
• 1+ year of supervisor experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
• Knowledge of Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Federal Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and facility policies.
• Represent administration in the facility when leadership is absent.
• Delegate authority and accountability for assigned duties.
