Job summary

Oak Haven Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily care across shifts. Under the Director of Nursing, you will ensure compliance with standards and regulations while delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Current RN license in the state of employment.
CPR/BLS certification; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services.
Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective actions promptly.
Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
