Job summary

Opis Senior Services Group in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The role will supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities during 7a-3p and 3p-11p shifts, under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license in Florida, CPR/BLS, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, with preferred geriatric or subacute care exposure. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification
• Two years of clinical nursing experience
• Geriatrics or subacute care experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance according to policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
