Job summary

Kensington-Gardens-Rehab-and-Nursing-Center-2 seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality care.

We offer full-time and part-time positions for 7a-3p and 11p-7a, plus a 3p-11p shift option. A comprehensive benefits package, supportive work environment, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
