Job summary

Woodhaven Health & Rehab Center is hiring a Registered Nurse in a supervisory role for our SNF setting. The position focuses on assessing resident needs, creating care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and solid computer skills with experience in electronic health record software. Full-time shifts are available with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans for SNF residents.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure nursing care complies with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
• Report to the Director of Nursing Services or designee and maintain high-quality care.
