Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required at all times.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and electronic health records.

• Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care aligned with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer and document medications following the five rights.
• Supervise care staff and promote safety and effective communication with residents and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and nutrition/hydration needs.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in care plan reviews and changes.
