Collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams is essential to success. The role requires an active RN license in Illinois and prior leadership experience in senior living or healthcare.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Illinois.
• Minimum 3 years nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of quality care in compliance with regulations.
• Lead clinical team including nurses, CNAs, and medication staff.
• Ensure infection control and CLIA compliance across the community.
• Manage regulatory readiness and engagement with surveyors.
• Develop and maintain ISP service plans with residents and families.
