Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Everett, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver person-centered care, promote wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents' health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or residents with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents' conditions to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams and document in the EMR.
• Respect resident preferences and ensure documentation is current and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
