Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health with compassionate, person-centered care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs in a Peabody, MA community.

The role offers part-time, per diem options with day/evening/night shifts; new pay rates range from $44 to $55 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• Must have an active RN license in the state where they will practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Developing relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Performing all clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promoting resident independence by establishing care goals and educating residents/family members.
• Monitoring resident clinical and care conditions to identify changes and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Working alongside care associates to perform routine nursing care for assigned residents.
• Maintaining infection prevention practices, administering medications, and performing treatments per orders.
• Coordinating holistic plans of care with interdisciplinary teams and neighborhood teams.
• Supporting residents' preferences, routines, and documentation in the EMR.
• Ensuring documentation is current and timely; participating in care conferences as requested.
