Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore and maintain residents’ health through person-centered care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support residents and families with compassion, respect, and professionalism.

The role offers part‑time or per diem schedules, competitive pay with shift differentials, a $7,500 retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with an electronic medical record preferred.
• Caring for seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform all clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor clinical status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document timely and accurately in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested.
