Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an RN to deliver person-centered care to residents in a continuing care community near Boston, MA. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote health, independence and well-being.

Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of RN experience, a current RN license, CPR certification, and comfort working with seniors. The role may involve part-time and per diem shifts with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in line with RN standards and state act.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about care and medications.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes for comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
