Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver person-centered care, promote residents' health, and support their emotional and psychosocial needs in collaboration with the care team.

This part-time/per diem RN position offers flexible shifts with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k with match, and on-site health centers. Active RN license and CPR certification required; prior senior-care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families while addressing physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications and treatments as ordered.
