Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, Massachusetts, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on a part-time or per diem basis. You will promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health, delivering person-centered care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or those with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
• Active RN license for the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families, delivering compassionate, holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties per nursing standards and state nurse practice act.
• Promote independence by teaching care goals to residents and families.
• Monitor changes in resident conditions and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Administer medications and follow infection prevention practices.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
