Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking licensed RNs for part-time day, evening, and night shifts plus per diem opportunities. The role focuses on delivering person-centered care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting residents and families in a 90-acre continuing care community near Peabody, MA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the state where they will practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promote independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care plans and resident preferences in the EMR.
