Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident-centered care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with residents, families and a care team, in a Christian non-profit setting.

We offer day shifts, full-time schedules (72 hours per bi-weekly pay period), weekend rotations, shift incentives, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Must hold Minnesota RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate services.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff within competence and licensure.
