Good Samaritan - Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents across all care phases. You will coordinate with families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, and potential charge-nurse duties. Must hold an RN license in Minnesota and meet department competencies; benefits include health/dental/vision coverage and a competitive shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state if NLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Assess residents and plan, implement, evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
