The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN provides individualized care using the nursing process across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring high-quality, person-centered nursing services.

As needed, you may act as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and uphold nursing standards and ethics while contributing to a supportive care environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments and education, and implement care plans.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as needed.
