The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Brainerd Woodland is responsible for applying the nursing process to deliver individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all care phases.

The role may include charge nurse duties and staff delegation, with adherence to state Nurse Practice Act and licensure requirements.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
