Qualifications

• Current PA state or multi-state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or BSN within 3 years.
• Five years of acute care nursing experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources and expertise in Clinical Risk Management and Patient Safety.
• Develop and deliver educational sessions on Risk Management and Joint Commission standards.
• Enter and run reports in electronic event systems (e.g., SIM).
• Investigate incidents and facilitate root cause analyses as needed.
• Participate in claim investigations and coordinate with legal teams.
• Assist survey teams like Joint Commission and Department of Health.
• Collaborate to update Organizational Policy Manual and new risk policies.
