Qualifications

• ADN or nursing certificate required.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience leading quality initiatives in a hospital setting preferred.
• Active Vermont RN license in good standing or compact state RN license in good standing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Current Vermont nursing standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead clinical staff member in Quality, Risk and Compliance department, carrying out quality and patient safety functions to support the hospitals quality and safety plan and programs.
• Use clinical nursing knowledge in data review to ensure continuous evolution of quality and safe care.
