Responsibilities

The Director of Risk Management will lead risk identification, mitigation, and compliance initiatives across the organization. The individual works closely with clinical and administrative leadership to develop and maintain programs that minimize organizational risk and support a safe care environment. The role requires direct, on‑site engagement and involves cross‑functional collaboration with providers, operational leaders, and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.

Compensation

$125,000 – $150,000 per year.
